It took me while to get it done, because of the necessity to complete some other commitments, but here is my first completed work of 2014, “San Francisco Slides”. The “Slides” part of the title references the slides of the trombones featured in the image, as well as the sloping angles of the streets.
The painting was done in acrylic on a 36″ x 24″ primed cotton stretched framed canvas.
